CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
A straightforward approach to changes.
We know plans can change. This policy explains when you can cancel, reschedule or request a refund for a The Unsaid session.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you may choose either a full refund to your original payment method or one free reschedule, subject to availability.
Cancel less than 24 hours before your session
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a refund is normally not available because the reserved time may not be reusable. At our discretion, we may offer one reschedule, subject to availability. A late reschedule is not guaranteed.
No-shows
If you do not attend your session and have not arranged a change with us in advance, no refund or reschedule is available.
If The Unsaid cancels
If The Unsaid cannot conduct a confirmed session, you may choose either a full refund to your original payment method or a free reschedule.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–7 working days after the refund is initiated, although the exact timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Payment debited but booking not confirmed
Please do not make a second payment while the first payment status is unclear. Contact us with your Booking ID, scheduled date and time, the email address used for the booking, and your payment reference if available. Within 48 hours of receiving the details needed to investigate, we will confirm the booking or initiate a refund if we cannot confirm it. Any refund will then be credited according to the refund timing described above.
How to request a cancellation, reschedule or refund
Email us with your Booking ID, scheduled date and time, and booking email address. For payment-related issues, include the payment reference if available. Please contact us as early as possible so we can locate the booking and help.
